Chepstow Villas Whole House Renovation

This family home renovation took just over a year. Everything was replaced even the beautiful original staircase as sadly it was no longer safe. The clients wanted a more open plan home as before is was broken up into lots of small rooms so we needed to add a fire curtain through the ground and basement floors for fire safety.

We put back as many style original features as possible such as elaborate cornice work and ceiling roses, tiled entranceway, and fireplaces.

We added new rooms such as a garden room with a glass roof, a utility room with a small sauna, a boot room, two extra bathrooms, a roof terrace, a gym, a cinema room and a wine cellar. We also added plenty of clever storage.
