Finstock Road W10 Renovation and Basement Excavation

This was a really rundown property in a really beautiful street and had plenty of opportunity to increase the space. We were given permission to fill the side return, extend the kitchen at the back, add a loft space and dig a basement to the full footprint of the house.

The stylish young couple were planning a family and so wanted to create a large family home with an open plan ground floor for entertaining, an office space for working from home, four decent family bedrooms and a large guest room in the basement.
