Whole House Renovation and basement excavation

The clients had outgrown their home and were looking for more space, but didn't want to move. They needed an extra bedroom, a home office, an additional bathroom, a utility room, and an adult chill out space in the basement, but were keen to have as much light at possible. Using lots of glass and large light-wells at both the front and back, we managed to achieve this well. It's a beautiful home.
